Not only is there a shortage of nurses, there is also a shortage of nursing faculty to train new nurses.

The Centralized Faculty Resource Center's purpose is to address the nursing faculty shortage by making it easier for schools of nursing to locate and hire additional faculty. You can be a part of that by joining the CFRC and creating your online profile to showcase your qualifications to the schools in the Texas Houston area.

As a member of the site, Houston schools will be able to view your profile and contact you about vacant faculty positions. You will also be able to browse and respond to the job openings that those schools have posted on the CFRC. In addition, you will find a myriad of resources available to you on the site.
